We are able to MOT, maintain and repair most types of vehicles and pride ourselves on personal recommendation with the benefit of my 35 plus years experience in the motor trade.

Our workshop is well equipped with all necessary mod-cons, including ramps fitted with hydraulic shaker plates to move suspension systems remotely. We were one of the first garages in Hereford to purchase an (ATL) MOT testing bay so that V.O.S.A approved one man MOT testing could be carried out.

I can honestly say that it is not easy to become a nominated MOT tester. It requires either a City & Guilds qualification or a minimum of 5 years motor repairs experience, then an examination pass mark of at least 72%. This is followed by a 3-day intensive course, and finally, a practical examination by VOSA staff at your garage of employment. Every 5 years, there is a 2-day refresher course with an additional 2-day course for managers.
A qualified MOT tester is a highly trained person, far beyond the level of a normal mechanic. If he fails your car, you should respect his decision - it is made with the benefit of extensive training.
We were one of the first MOT Centres in Hereford to purchase an (ATL) MOT testing bay.

We are located in Burcott Road, within 10 minutes walk from the city centre. We are behind Hereford Retail Park (PC World, Currys, Carpetright, etc, at the bottom of Edgar Street) and just a 5 minute walk from Dunelm, Halfords, Maplins, The Hereford Theatre and The Leisure Centre.
